Sometimes, finding out things at the last minute. This information would have made life easier and less stressful if we had known before sending our children off to university.

“I could just find the information myself…”

This is true.

However, from personal experience, the time we have spent trying to find the information: making phone calls, waiting for phone calls to be returned, composing emails, following up with emails, and asking questions to multiple departments at the University was frustrating and time-consuming. To be honest, the university often did not have the information I needed, and I had to dig deeper to find it. There were times when the information they gave was incorrect.
